Association Offices have achieved: The re-establishment of COSBOA as the peak small business lobby group in Australia. The 2005 National Conference for the Institute of Public Administration of Australia in Hobart November 2005. Establishment of our first satellite office in Canberra in 2005. The National Small Business Summit in 2004 to 2008 in Sydney and Melbourne in conjunction with COSBOA and My Business. Quadrupled the Membership of the Hairdressing Federation of Tasmania. Doubled the Membership of the Institute of Public Administration of Australia. The creation of the Tasmania Committee and the "Tasmania... Love this Place" campaign.  Foundation of Taxis Tasmania and the Tasmanian Health & Beauty Industry Council. The creation of the Retailer of the Year Awards in Tasmania in 1999 (ran for 3 years). Re-establishment of the Tasmanian of the Year Awards. Won and organised the National Conference for the National Independent Retailers Association 2000. Restructured of the Hairdressers & Beauty Industry Award.
